Fantastic service from OnePlan
A massive big THANK YOU to Eamonne Macfarlane for handling our kitty’s hospital claim so quickly and efficiently. It has to be the most stressful time for a furkid to be admitted to hospital but Eamonne’s professionalism enabled us to focus on getting our kitty better and made the whole process so much easier. Eamonne also assisted with arranging a consultant to contact us regarding an upgrade to our policy. We received a phone call literally minutes after requesting a call from the upgrade team.
