Fantastic service and full payment of claim
Great and fast assistance from Elaine Roets for the approval of our pet's operation with Pre-Authorisation and payment after the surgery. With our pet insurance plan we were covered in full with no excess or issues. Very glad to be insured and happy that we chose OnePlan for our pet insurance.
