I just want to send a heartfelt thank you to one plan health insurance .Recently my husband had a stroke .at the linmed ER they stabilised him one plan issued a authorization number, however he had to be transferred to another hospital where he was admitted as they had no beds available in their high care .I contacted Denzil later and he helped me to esculate the claim to dread disease cover .A big thank you to Denzil for his professional yet compassionate way he dealt with me and for all he did .One plan had my back when I really needed it the most I cannot sing your praises enough .I have been a member of one plan since 2010 and they have never let me down through the small things and the big things .Your team of representatives are outstanding and the cover I’ve received is exceptional ,especially when you are under extreme pressure and don’t know if you coming or going .Thank you seems so insignificant for the enormous relief I felt knowing that you were there for me .One plan you guys rock a very grateful THANK YOU for making things easier for me .
