False Promises/ False advertising

Twice I suffered severe chest pains with stomach cramps, one plan failed to authorise in hospitaal. After calling their call center I was told in order for them to authorise in hospital I need to be dying (triage) Er ambulance that was called explained that oneplan does not cover in hospital as according to the triage levels. This past Sunday the same happened my husband took me straight to melomed this time and the pains were intense, the actual hospital said the same thing one plan will not cover u maam. I mean whats the point of thinking ur covered for private hospital but oneplan says only if ur dying. This was not mentioned when I took the cover all was promised, but none was delivered.
