False information

I phoned to find out for medical aid or insurance and the start giving me all the needed information when the call center agent start to explaining everything and taking all my details i said to her that i just need to find out what they cover and waiting period as she did give me all the details and was totally helpful she asked me for banking details to continue I asked her if she was sure that they not gonna take the money from account if i am not interested in taking the plan and she said yes they will not take it, the next thing I received a policy number and telling that my account will be debited and then will receive the card so I need to cancel the policy as i did say to her that i am only finding out for the medical and she just put my details up as this is totally unacceptable for me.<br> *** Please cancel this policy with immediate effect as i did not agree to taking the plan
