Fail to deliver what they promise
My work called an Ambulance due to my illness while at work, One plan never paid the Ambulance, they are saying my illness was not life threatening.

We have looked into your policy and we do see that your claim had been declined as the triage was yellow as provided by the ambulance service.
Kindly note that as per our policy wording, a yellow triage is covered under the applicable health cover for example GP, medication, pathology or radiology. Emergency cover will be considered based on the final diagnosis and treatment required.

You make it sound like, I called the Ambulance for a Headache.
How can people trust you if that is how you deal with an illness.
Any One plan client should be told, when faced with an illness they might not pay the claim and never call an ambulance because you're sick, only call when you're dying
