Fabulous Customer Service
I have been an existing client and been absolutely impressed with Molutsi's service, empathy and compassion!
There is never a time I have contacted him via WhatsApp that he has not responded, via WhatsApp or calling me and made me feel like a friend and NOT a number.
I really wish there were more customer care agents out there like him.
The world would be a better place, especially in today's world of AI and the Digital World.
