!!!!!!!!!
I am not happy with One plan car insurance,they debited my account on the 1 August and uploaded the images to the app more than one's almost 200 photos still not validated or insured!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this ordeal. We have tried to contact you with regards to the query but to no avail.
We have received the images of your vehicle and car has been validated and is now fully insured.
The initial images were declined as the pictures were not clear or they were taken to close to the vehicle for us to get a clear view of the vehicle.
We have however noted the service breakdowns and will make corrective measures to ensure we improve the service and that something of this nature doesn't happen again.
