Extremely disappointed :(
I'm merely writing this review out of so much disappointment... I am about 33 weeks pregnant, and have fought with one plan since the beginning of my pregnancy for the cover of my birth. They have already in the beginning of my pregnancy come to a conclusion that my birth will not be covered in September after we canceled our plan (of which we were long over our 12 month waiting period) due to some issues we had with our then bank but after resolving our issues it was to late and our policy was already canceled after I think 2 months of missed payments... We immediately rejoined onto our EXECUTIVE plan again.
The point of my complaint is that I feel like ONE PLAN could really have assisted myself and my husband by helping us with our Maternity benefits. I have one month to go before I have to give birth and we are still so clueless as to what we are going to do, or where we are going to get the money to pay for my birth and yet we are ACTIVE EXECUTIVE members on Oneplan. We have been to the public hospital to do enquiries and to say that it is horrible is an understatement... They told me when I got there that there are no beds.
I TRULY FEEL LIKE ONE PLAN LET US DOWN, YOU HAVE TRULY MADE MY PREGNANCY WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TIME OF MY LIFE THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I HAVE BEEN STRESSED OUT FOR MOST OF MY PREGNANCY.
I have referred so many of my friends and family to join ONE PLAN, they are all now active members and this is the thank you that I get.
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention and congratulations on the pregnancy, we wish you and your new bundle of joy the best of health.
