Extremely disappointed
Im so disappointed as a customer for almost two years now one plan rejected my scripted medication yet on my policy nothing states that the medication is excluded so now I have to cancel my policy

As per our telephonic conversation upon investigation, we have identified that the medication Oratane that was prescribed is used to treat acne. Regrettably, the prescribed medication benefits one of our general exclusions, which are things not funded for by the Insurer. Unfortunately, this falls within the bounds of our very few excluded conditions.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Oneplan subscribes to its TCF principles and will take all reasonable steps to ensure fair and equal treatment of all our clients.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope the above brings clarity on the matter.
