Razia Yousuf is the best sales experience I have ever had. I needed to change pet insurance because I couldn't keep up with crazy premium increases with my current insurer. I shopped around. I was hounded by the other companies I reached out to (something that immediately repels me), but she gave me more than enough to sell her company, left me in peace to come to my own decision and made the process a very positive experience. I'm very impressed. I hope my journey with Oneplan will be just as positive as my introduction.
