Expectations Exceeded:)

We have been members on Oneplan Health Insurance since October last year, and unfortunately on Christmas day my son had a bit of an accident. The person who authorized our hospital trip was amazingly efficient and even spoke to the hospital on his admission to ensure a smooth process. Since then we have received brilliant service from Sweetness Matoleni who has assisted and guided us through the claims process and ensured that the claims were paid timeously.

I must say that in my experience with other medical companies, I have never received such brilliant service, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

If there is just one small gripe that I have, it is that the online platform, in my opinion, is not working correctly and did not allow me to upload my claims online. I did have to email them to the claims centre, however once there they were dealt with speedily.

Thanks, Oneplan. I really do hope that this level of service continues - if it does - you have a client for life:)
