Exceptional Staff
Kim Street from OnePlan Pet Medical Aid went above and beyond her duties to assist me today with a claim. Having a sick fur baby is such a stressful time and Kim not only kept me updated every step of the way, but she showed real and genuine concern for my baby. I will never go to any other company if OnePlan keeps people like Kim on their staff.
