Exceptional Service : Ms Renee ***ley
Just a small thank you to Ms Renee ***ley for such professional and amazing service .
My gran has been very ill . I knew she had medical insurance however I was unaware on her plan , how this works , etc.
We needed to get her to a doctor ASAP. My friendly consultant was Ms Renee ***ley . She was so thorough in her approach , she spoke to me in a language I could understand . Despite me being all over the place she guided me and assisted to ensure that our process was smooth and effortless .
In addition she was so sensitive to that matter at hand, . She showed so much compassion and answered every question I had professionally. My gran is on the road to recovery ….
Thank you for your kindness , your professionalism, your patience . And for making my experience with one plan such a memorable one . I’m considering switching my own medical aid because of the service I received. You are indeed a gem and I wish more service providers were as amazing as you are Ms Renee ***ley .
