Exceptional Service from the Claims Department

After a couple of weeks of back and forth, I would just like to thank the One Pet team for all their help with the processing of my dogs accident claim. And especially thank you to Takalani for resolving the last issue with the claim and an amount that was meant to have been paid but that was actually a duplicate. I really stressed when I received the sms but luckily all was resolved.
