Exceptional Service from Oneplan Pet Insurance
On 21 November, our dachshund Lilly had to undergo emergency surgery for IVDD. As any pet parent would, we were extremely worried—not only about her health, but also whether our medical aid would cover such a major procedure. From the very beginning, Oneplan put our minds at ease.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Lynn Ilunga, who guided us through the entire process with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. The pre-authorisation was handled smoothly, and everything was explained clearly. Upon Lilly’s discharge on 24 November, we received confirmation that all claims were successful and that payment would be made directly to the hospital.
