EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM ONE PLAN CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT

This mornings experience was a breath of fresh air all thanks to Renee ***ley of the Customer Care Department. I am a policy holder of One plan for many year but this morning I had EXCEPTIONAL service from this consultant. Her Professionalism, Telephone Etiquette, Her Understanding of my situation led her to bring my situation to a resolve in under 1 minute. She should be the Ambassador for One Plan Health Insurance. I was a Satisfied and Happy Customer. Over the years I did get good service from One plan Consultants but there is a HUGE difference between Good Service and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
