Exceptional Service above and beyond
A huge thank you to Thabo Mabunda. What a calm and patient man, a true caring gentleman. Thank you Thabo for service excellence. This man made me not cancel my policy with Oneplan. He is caring, empathetic and an incredible human being. He has contacted me to find out how my dog is as she is in hospital and has been really ill. He is truly an asset to your company and I am great full to have had the pleasure of his assistance.
