Exceptional service
<div>Mineshree. What an absolute gem in that company. I wanted to cancel and she advised me to downgrade my 2 policies. I did. When ever I have a problem I e mail care@oneplan and complaints@oneplan. I always cc mereshnie dheepnarayan. She's the only one that helps. She calls. She emails and she advises. I am grateful to her and I hope oneplan recognizes her professional and diligent work ethics. I applaud you and thank you. The rest of your admin staff are useless to put this mildly.</div>
