EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!

I were recently diagnosed with cancer, very unexpectedly and this was received with mixed feelings as I am aware of the high cost in treatment etc. We are with Oneplan Health Insurance for just over a year now and the service we received so far were of very good standard - sufficient and prompt. Yesterday I submitted the request for approval of the dreaded disease cover and hospitalization - with great surprise I received a call from Brave Nyirenda this morning just after 8am, with a follow-up email on the approval of the cover. I want to recommend first of all Oneplan Health Insurance and then the exceptional service Brave Nyirenda delivered today, not just in the administration of the claim but as well as his manner of speaking and understanding me in a time that is very stressful and worrying to our family.
