Exceptional Service

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jozelle Addison , after numerous failed attempts at getting my medical card delivered to me by a courier I contacted One Plan Medical and fortunately got through to Jozelle , she listened to my concern regarding the above , she immediately assured me she would recall the card from the courier and personally make sure it was delivered to my business address . A day later she called me to confirm that she had my card with her and would make sure that i would receive it the next day . And true to her word the following day I received my card from Jozellle . It is not often one encounters service of this level , Jozelle is truly an asset to her employer , I look forward to a long and happy relationship with One Plan Medical .
