Exceptional Customer Service from Thandokuhle Zulu
I just want to give a big shoutout to Thandokuhle Zulu from Oneplan Insurance! She’s been absolutely amazing, super helpful, always followed up when she said she would, and made the whole process so easy for me. It’s rare to come across such great customer service these days, but Thandokuhle really went the extra mile. Thank you for your professionalism and friendly attitude.
