Excellent service received from Mapaseka!

I received excellent service today from Mapaseka. For weeks there has been a problem on my app to load claims. Several times I enquire about it, it is said - It dept is looking into it to fix it. Today I contacted the call centre again via the chat option on the app. Spoke to Mapaseka and shared my dissappointment. She apologised kindly and promised me that she will make sure that it is fixed today. No attitude towards an upset customer - you get that so much nowadays. Wow what a surprise! Mapaseka did what she promised. Problem fixed. Thank you so much Mapaseka and keep up the excellent service you deliver with such friendly professionalism. You are surely an asset to your company! She really put in extra effort!
