Excellent Service One Plan Staff

I had been battling for two weeks through the claims department to receive a refund and to correct two Optomotrist invoices when I ended up with Smangele Mcunu , not only was she very professional because she listened attentively to a very irritated customer but stayed calm and managed to sort out my issues during the same day which was absolutely amazing , apart from sorting my issues she telephonically kept me in the loop as to what was happening. Her attitude and professionalism is an asset to One Plan.
