Excellent Service Larnell Lamont

I called One Plan Pet Insurance last week, a little annoyed at a change in my payment for my pet insurance. I was assisted by Larnell Lamont, who listened to me, endured my ranting but was also firm enough to ask me to calm down, which I appreciated. Larnell got to work on my concern and within an hour or so called me back with feedback, as promised. We were still at a stale mate, so Larnell assured me that he would assist and come back to me.
