Excellent service from the One Plan Team
One of our Frenchies was admitted for hospitalization. This was my first time interacting with the One Plan team and I was blown away. I received pre-authorisation from Robyn Kotze within an hour of leaving Frankie at the vet. I sent the invoice through after she was released and again, authorisation was super fast. Robyn even enquired about Frankie and how she was doing.
Pet insurance might be a grudge purchase but when it works so seamlessly and with such professionalism, it makes it so worthwhile.
