Excellent service from Simon Mnisi @ Oneplan
I was struggling with a claim that kept rejecting the documentation. I was then helped by Simon Mnisi who was very professional and helpful. He helped to get my claim approved due to the fact that the Oneplan app is having issues with submitting supporting documentation. I would gladly have him help me again.
