I have a policy for my adult son. He needed emergency surgery and the hospital did not want to accept my OnePlan card. One immediately got in touch with the hospital and fixed everything. Within 10 days, he needed a second procedure. Again OP stepped up. After being diagnosed as an oncology candidate, they immediately put dread disease cover into effect.
