Excellent service! Convenient & efficient. I have had no issues with One Plan Health Insurance from day one. To claim all i do is take photos of invoices and load to the Whatsapp group. The consultant behind the Whatsapp is really quick and it makes my life way easier. It so easy, I don't need to phone in, just message on the group and funds are loaded within in minutes to the One plan card.
