Excellent Service from One Plan

Been a client of One Plan for over 10 years. I have had no problems. ( If Im ready to complain I should also be rady to compliment) Spoke to Denzil Govender yesterday about a medical condition/ matter, he was very kind and gave me the relevant inforamation and followed up with a phone call today with additional explanation and relevant information. In our current reality it was refreshing to experience excellent service delivery with a kindness that was much needed. Well done and keep on doing what you are doing.
