Excellent service from Mapaseka of Oneplan

I have a pet insurance policy with Oneplan and my policy number is ********** 37. This morning I submitted two queries appertaining my account online and I communicated with Mapaseka. What a nice surprise lay install for me. She was professional, patient and efficient in resolving my query. We all know how stressful it can be to operate in a call centre and how unsympathetic customers can be , but she was very friendly and one can sense that she is a well trained person who has knowledge of her work and has empathy with her clients.
