Excellent service from Elaine Roets!
Thank you to Elaine Roets from OnePlan Pet Insurance, she was kind, efficient and communicated regularly regarding my claim. OnePlan is the BEST insurance for my dog, it might cost a little more than others but the claims procedure is excellent - and it's the only insurer that gives me a debit card that they load once a claim is approved so you don't have to pay and claim back from the insurer - just present the card at the vet - you only pay for anything over and above the claim limit.
