EXCELLENT service from customer care
Nisha was very kind, understanding and helpful no matter how flustered or how much I was tearful having lost my mom recently. She was patient and guided me through everything as best as possible and expedited my requests with special notes to ensure my policy requests would be sorted ASAP.
