Excellent Service
I do not like engaging with call centre agents and a few seconds into a call I turn into a monster. With Courtney, my experience was the exact opposite. She was very friendly and it did not sound as though she was talking from a script and all my needs were attended to without a minimum of fuss and unnecessary delays. Kudos and thanks to Courtney for her professionalism, competence and caring demeanor.
