Excellent service - Claims Consultant
I would like to commend OnePlan Pet Insurance on their prompt replies to all my queries with regards to my pet's hospital bill. In particular I would like to commend Gwen Erasmus-Falgate on her exceptional service. No question was too much trouble and she kindly explained all questions in detail. Thank you Gwen and OnePlan!
