Excellent service
I recently had a call from one of the agents at one plan medical insurance, I didn't understand how I should claim, the agent guided and explained to me in detail how the claims should be submitted, she actually called me again on the same day to find out if I needed any help, she really went tge extra mile to help sort out the situation. All agents at one plan are friendly helpful and delivers excellent service. I would recommend anyone looking for an insurance plan to join them, thank you for you excellent customer service
