Excellent service - a step above the rest

I few months ago made the change to Oneplan after they were able to give me an almost unbelievable premium. I immediately moved over both of my vehicles. But you'd think if you're paying cheap that you weren't going to get the quality service in the long run.

Well this wasn't the case when on the 9th of July I was involved in an accident which resulted in my vehicle being written off. I contacted Oneplan moments after the accident happened and was immediately reassured that all was going to be taken care of. Shortly after being transported to seek medical attention I received a call from the claims department. I was introduced to Samantha Cati and was informed that she was appointed to my case. She took me through the process step by step of what was going to happen and what was required from my side.

As Samantha knew that I was injured, she went the extra mile to make contact everyday to provide updates on the claim status as well as always wishing me a speedy recovery. The claim was finalised in only 5 days and payment was immediate.

To Samantha I want to thank you for your professionalism and outstanding customer care. I was treated with compassion and dignity. I wasn't just another case file but rather a valued customer.

Because of the excellent service by Samantha that I not only have stayed with Oneplan with my existing vehicle but have insurance my replacement vehicle with them as well.
