Excellent service
I've been with oneplan for about 2 years now. About 3 weeks ago, we had to euthanaze one of our dogs due to cancer. It was the most heartbreaking day of my life. Oneplan covered everything as usual. But just a few days ago, i received a very unexpected parcel from oneplan, they sent me a beautiful candle in a glass and a hand written note, to wish us condolences for our loss..
Wow! I am truly grateful as it was such a nice heartwarming surprise!
