EXCELLENT SERVICE

at one point I was very frustrated with onepet as my claim was approved on the 09 Feb 2015 but was not transferred into my account. I made numerous calls and everyone promised the same thing...that they will get back to me as finance was dealing with the issue......out of all the people I dealt with, the only person that assist me and came to my rescue was THANESHREE. This person was the only one that returned my call, and promised to call me back with feedback. She gave me a call last week Friday,saying she was busy with the issue and once she has feedback she will revert......again today she gave me a call saying my problem had been [URL Removed] need more people like THANESHREE as they add value to a business.
