Amazing service once again. I had a last minute vet visit on Monday 9th Feb. The surgeon advised they would keep my boy there to remove a lump on his leg. The bill was submitted to One plan around 5:30pm on 9th Feb. It was approved the next morning before 9am and funds in my account on 12 Feb.

Thank you to Lynn Ilunga and the Oneplan team for the speed at which this was dealt with. The turn around time is simply amazing. In every dealing I’ve had with one plan, they have always come through in record time.
