Excellent service

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Pumla and Brave for their great service. This note of thanks is well overdue to Pumla as she has been giving great service since last year. Pumla understood the panic I had on the phone when my mother fell sick and she worked according to my rush and panic. She was truly efficient in a time of emergency and I have never experienced such care. Thank you Brave is truly a hero for wanting to help with admin outside business hours and I appreciate the excellent service!!! He showed attention to detail and great communication skills! I value the help you have given me.
