Excellent service
XCLNT SERVICE FROM ZARINA HARTLEY AT ONEPLAN , she listened carefully , made sure she understood me , she made enquiries and came back to me with satisfactory answers and I was very happy and. All in a space of 10 mins . And she gave me her details to email her my pets medical procedure quotes even before he goes under his op and she was just friendly and helpful , I’m very happy with her service and will recommend u ask for her if u need assistance from oneplan
