To Oneplan Management from MR I PANDAY I am overjoyed in the manner MANEO helped and assisted me in regards to all the difficult situations that I was going through with my medical problems. I tried to sort these problems out for almost one year but it just seems I was pushed around from one person to another and nobody seemed to understand my problems and therefore they say today and tomorrow and it went on until I got into contact with MANEO who is a very new worker she informed me when I asked her how long she is working at Oneplan and she said it was about 2months and I could not believe it as it seemed like she worked there for years because she was so professional and knowledgeable and I compared that with the others that worked there for years and could not assist me and here MANEO comes along and just assisted me in minutes. Some of my problems eg. I have been waiting for refunds from various Doctors for almost a year and MANEO assisted me in sorted my refunds out with the help of LUKITA. MANEO is a worker that you can put your whole trust in to get your problems to get solved. I would really like to thank MANEO and LUKITA . I would like management to look at MANEO to promote her to higher position as I believe she has a bright future with the way she conducts herself , Oneplan should be proud to have her as an employee.
