Excellent Service !!!

I just want to write a review for this company as their service was excellent. As this was my second claim and it was for routine care as our little four paw baby is very important to us. I decided to have a chat from the app and ask if someone can explain to me how do it work and what claim i need to take within 10 minutes my questions was answered and my claim was approved and the money was availble on the card. This removes so much worries from any situation where you are worried about your PET and whether they are going to be OK and then not having to worry about the bills that are coming your way on top of that was a great relief. Thank you for making my experience with you a good and for taking care of my little girl. This is the reason I have pet insurance and you have done exactly what you promised to do.
