Excellent Service

I want to appreciate a stunning service I received from Letticia Dichaba. My daughter had an appointment for a op as a mater of urgency. She had to run me through the process to get the necessary help from One Plan, starting with the pre-authorisation. She kept on following up to ensure everything is smooth. She assured me that as a family we should not worry and she kept on following up and checking on us as if she was also part of the family. That was excellent.
