Excellent Service

I logged on to the One Plan this morning to upload an invoice as was requested via sms; on checking my details I noticed that my One Card was showing on my profile. I clicked onto the My Chats section of the App (which is new) and my query was answered within a minute by a loving lady, Jozelle. She checked my Policy and saw that my card was not activated, she immediately activated it for me.
