I've received excellent service from Kiasha Pillay. With the input of my information to take out pet insurance, they accidentally listed my animals as two dogs. I asked them to correct it, since I have one cat and one dog. Within about 15 minutes, I received an updated Policy schedule, and my app on my phone was also updated.
