Once again I had the pleasure of dealing with a very professional consultant at One Plan Health Insurance, Jozelle. I contacted One Plan on the public holiday, 2 April 2018 and Jozelle was very helpful. She loaded a claim for me that I had trouble with and I have received the confirmation today that the assessors had finalized it after she followed up on the claim for me. I am very pleased with the service I have received. Thank you!
