Excellent service

I had a call from the call center agent, her name is Letticia Dichaba. Due to a mistake on my side my account was not paid. During the conversation with Letticia, she explain and gave me some options which i found to be very helpful. I have to say it was an absolute pleasure to have spoken to Letticia and she is extremely competent with her work and have fantastic customer service s****s and she is very knowledgeable. She is a star for your company. Well done and thank you for the outstanding service i received.
