Excellent sales service
The service i received when taking up a pet insurance policy was PHENOMENAL. As someone that works in the insurance industry, I was extremely impressed by the service provided by Gershwin Lewis. He talked me through the entire process and was even available to prompt assist with questions after the policy was sold. His friendliness and patience was greatly appreciated. Oneplan gained a new customer today thanks to him, well done!
